Next, using our water-fed pole system, we wash the exterior of your uPVC gutters, soffit boards, and fascias. This process safely lifts away green algae, black streaks, and dirt build-up.
Step 3: Pure Water Rinse
The final step is a thorough rinse with purified water. Because the water is de-ionised, it dries to a perfectly clear, streak-free finish, leaving your uPVC sparkling without any smears or water spots.

We run this service when the weather is more predictable. This helps us avoid working in freezing conditions and ensures the pure water rinse can dry naturally to a perfect finish.

Even within our service season, we monitor the forecast closely. Heavy rain or high winds can affect safety and quality, so we will always reschedule if conditions are not suitable.

Is this service just for uPVC soffits and fascias?

Yes, our washing service is specifically designed for uPVC and plastic roofline products. We do not currently offer washing for wooden fascias, as this requires a different approach.
Do you use any harsh chemicals?

For the vast majority of jobs, our purified water system is all that's needed. For very stubborn, ingrained staining, we may use a specialist, gentle uPVC cleaning solution, but we never use abrasive or aggressive chemicals.
Why is this service not available in December and January?

We suspend the service during the coldest months to avoid the risk of water freezing on your property or creating hazardous icy patches for our team. The results are also much better in milder weather.
My soffits are very high. Can you still reach them?

Yes. Our water-fed pole system can typically reach up to three or four storeys safely from the ground, allowing us to clean even high or awkwardly placed rooflines without issue.
Will the cleaning process make a mess of my windows and paths?

We work very carefully to control the runoff. While some splashing is inevitable, we do a thorough rinse of all windows, walls, and paths beneath the work area as part of our final clean-up process.
I have a conservatory. Is that included?

The Full Wash service covers the main roofline of the house. We offer a separate, dedicated Conservatory Roof Cleaning service, which can be booked at the same time for a full property valet.
