The SkyVac System
At the heart of our service is the industrial-grade SkyVac. It uses super-lightweight carbon fibre poles and a powerful vacuum motor to suck all moss, leaves, and sludge directly out of the gutter and into the machine, leaving no mess behind.
On-Board Camera for Precision
The system is equipped with a wireless camera on the cleaning head. This allows our operator to see inside the gutter in real-time on a monitor, ensuring no blockages are missed and guaranteeing a complete and thorough clean.
Rigorous Two-Man Safety Protocol
All high-level work is carried out by a two-man team. One person operates the equipment while the other acts as a spotter, managing public safety, assisting with equipment, and ensuring the work area remains secure.

My building is taller than four storeys. Can you help?

Our specialism is for properties up to four storeys (approx. 12 metres / 40 feet). For buildings taller than this, a different approach like rope access or full scaffolding is usually required, which we do not provide.
Do you need access to mains power?

Yes, the SkyVac system requires a standard 240v power supply. We will confirm access to an external or internal socket during the booking process. We always use appropriate RCD protection for safety.
What happens if you find a repair is needed?

Our on-board camera is excellent for spotting issues like cracked joints or broken brackets. We will capture a photo of the defect and provide you with a separate, no-obligation estimate for a repair if it's within our capability.
Is the process noisy or disruptive?

The vacuum system is an industrial machine and does generate noise, similar to a powerful wet & dry vacuum. We work efficiently to keep any disruption to a minimum and are considerate of neighbours in residential or commercial settings.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

Safety is our absolute priority. We cannot operate the equipment safely in high winds or thunderstorms. If the forecast is poor, we will contact you in advance to reschedule for the next suitable date.
Are you fully insured for this type of work?

Yes. We hold specific public liability insurance that covers us for working at height. We are happy to provide documentation on request for your peace of mind.
